All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. Prices may change without prior notice. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Customers may also pay via UPI or QR code where available. If payment is made online, users may be asked to share their order ID for verification.
Once an order is placed, confirmation will be displayed on the website or application screen. No confirmation will be sent via email. Users can track their order status by entering the same mobile number used during checkout.
Orders can only be canceled within a short time after placing them. Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be allowed.
Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on location, traffic, or restaurant workload. Delays due to unforeseen conditions are not the responsibility of Akram Restaurant.
Our services are available only in selected delivery areas. Orders outside service areas may not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed only in valid cases such as failed payments, incorrect orders, or quality issues. Refunds will be credited through the original payment method within a reasonable time.
Users must provide correct mobile number and delivery details. Akram Restaurant is not responsible for failed deliveries or tracking issues caused by incorrect information.
Any misuse of the platform, including fake orders or false information, may result in restriction from using our services.
